About Us Established in 2005, we are an internet only mail order company. We don't produce a paper catalogue as we are continually updating our stock & we would not be able to keep a paper catalogue up to date.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase is very easy. Just browse our shop and add any items that you wish to purchase, to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order. If you are paying by cheque, we will dispatch your order once your cheque has cleared the banking system, which is approximately 5 working days. We must receive cheques within 5 working days of you placing your order, otherwise unfortunately, your order will be cancelled. If paying by postal order, we will disptach your order immediately on receipt of your payment.

We accept credit/debit card payments, cheques and postal orders for UK purchases and credit payments from all other destintations.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Postage and packing on UK orders of £20.00 and over is free and these orders are sent by 2nd class post, with the option to upgrade to 1st Class post for just £2.95. For UK orders under £20.00, there is a postage charge of £2.95 and these orders are sent by 1st Class post.

For EU destinations, postage & packaging will be charged at cost and we MUST be emailed prior to order completion for exact shipping costs.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be dispatched on the Monday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day. If paying by cheque, we will dispatch your order on clearance of your cheque which is approx. 5 working days.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail post and EU orders are sent by Airmail.

Please note that we do not dispatch to P O Box numbers.

Credit Card Security That's Crafty! use HSBC as their online Payment Service Provider which guarantees complete protection against on line fraud providing peace of mind and complete security for the shopper.

When the order is placed at our website your credit card numbers are encrypted by the HSBC system which uses Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems. Any communication between the shopper and HSBC is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using 128 Bit SSL. Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. This means by using industry standard SSL, Thawte and HSBC's unique encryption system, all the card details are encrypted before they reach the HSBC system giving complete peace of mind and protection against online fraud.

At no time are your credit card details held in clear text on any web site, server or our computer.

Returns Policy Please contact us prior to returning any items. If any of your goods are faulty or damaged, we ask that you return the item/s to us & we will refund or replace them, whichever you would prefer. We will of course refund the return postage costs on any faulty or damaged items. If you have changed your mind about your purchase & no longer require it, providing the goods are returned to us unused, intact and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt, we will refund the original purchase price. We will not however, refund your return postage costs. This does not affect your statatory rights.
